For the very first time in my life, I wet my pants last night when I sneezed hard. My bladder was full enough I was thinking " gee, guess I'll go to the bathroom " , it wasn't " stand back, I've got to make the toilet now!! " . I had just reached the bathroom, when my allergy sneezing started up again, and I lost control enough that some urine even spotted to the ground. I know this is just one time, but I'm kind of worried. I've sneezed this hard before with just as full of a bladder and no problems.
