Guest guest
, In Israel the patient is responsible for keeping the file. I have everything here at home. From blood test results to CT and MRI disks and X-ray pictures. I back everything up on the computer and I bring my entire file (2 inches thick by now) to any doctor's visit so I have everything a doctor can ask for. I love the digital age by the way. My last ERCP was performed in another hospital than my hepatologist works (his hospital is too far away). I asked for a CD with the pictures and they gave it to me. They actually gave me everything they have from me. Chest X-rays from when I was admitted to that hospital with fever, an ultrasound, everything. I just had a CT scan as well and I got the results on a CD as well. Regards, Chaim Boermeester, Israel > > As a pt you have the right to know your results.
