Guest guest
Donna, After the white goes away, do your fingers turn red or blue? What you discribed sounds similar to what my Aunt experiences with her Raynaud's syndrome. If you see a Reumitoidologist (spelling, sorry) for fibro, then ask him/her, but definatly ask a doctor about it. My aunt will wear mittens or cooking mitts to keep her hands at a constant temp. She uses an insulated cup at home so she does not have to hold a cold glass and she never puts her hands into the freezer or handles ice.
