Guest guest
Well, there are at least three of us on this list... I also have to deal with hypoglycemia as well as fibro. Some days, getting up and making something to eat just doesn't seem worth the pain, so I end up dealing with blood sugar crashes as well as pain and discomfort from the symptoms of fibro. What a pain! I've been struggling with weight problems since I was about 12. I am at my second heaviest right now, 200# at 5'4 " . I know that I would feel better if I were thinner, but I can't say that I'm uncomfortable with my weight. Periodically, though, I make a decision to commit myself to eat a more healthy diet and to exercise regularly... then along comes another fibro flare to screw up my resolve! I have a membership at the local YMCA, which cost me a whole $35 for the year (thanks to their scholarship program), and I go there to swim and soak in the jacuzzi as often as I feel up to it. It just seems like there's no end to the frustration.... GRRRR Anyone have any low-cost options for dealing with this problem? -Mareth from Ohio ~*~*~*~*~*~ There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy.
