Guest guest
In response to the question on headaches - they are what drove me to the doctor to begin with. I was aching and tired, but the unrelenting headaches were unbearable. Unfortunately, I have not conquered them yet. I have two types - classic migraine & chronic tension headaches. Depending on the day, one or both types of headaches can drive me insane. I have stretching exercises that help with the tension headaches, and I have monthly massages that concentrate in that area (weekly would be best, but too much $$$). I also have some meds to take when they get really bad (lately - that's been almost daily). I wish I could offer some better advice, but I'm struggling as well. The only thing that seems to really relieve my headaches is restful sleep. I can get that using Ambien (an addictive sleeping pill). Unfortunately, I cannot use the Ambien for long periods of time.
