I'm doing better. I can now sit up without hurting tremendously. Well I have pillows up all over the place but it still counts. Seems like the leak has healed or mostly healed.

I am off of the pain pump. Instead of taking 2mg of morphine every 10 minutes I am taking 20mg of percocet every 4 hours and amd doing fairly well. The real test will be if I can stay upright long wnough totake a shower tonight. Thatandthe pain meds make it hard to deep my eyes open.

I am trying to remain in good spirits and know that God will take care of me. No one called or visited today and that was a little disheartening. I just got to talk to some grumpy nurses until the Chaplain came in. Although we go to different churches we have the same basic belief and he was able to remind me that all things happen for a reason and right now things seem really bad but this is what I have to do to get to the really good part.

Lastly, I am going to put some pics up here of me and my scar. So don't look if you have a week stomach. It may take me a ew minues to figure it out.
