Hi, Janie...yes, it is SO frustrating...I do not presently have a

doctor. Even knowing what to ask/look for, it was tough.

I can send in my (full) account of the ' doc experience, but

will have to somehow get my account " unbounced, " somehow. Can't

find where to reset and have not received any mail for a couple of

hours...it's in the archives, though...
