Guest guest
Before I went under I asked the Dr. why couldn't they just cut the lower bile duct out and put a pig vein or something like that in me...The next thing I know is that out of the room and feeling pretty good....WELL...I now realize I was druged up yesterday after the procedure...the inching has stopped again and I think the new stint is working fine....but when I woke up this AM morning, my body feels like I went 15 rounds with Mike Tyson...I even have a fat lip....I can understand being on the table and for two 1/2 hours and them moving those scopes in and out and all around in me, and THAT area (inside my stomach and throat) being sore...but both my calf's and neck and back are REALLY sore to!?! Maybe they didn't move the scope at all and put me on spit LIKE A PIG and just rotated my body around the ERCP and ultra sound scopes....It sure feels like it....I'll wright later ....SUEIE! PS anyone else feel this beat up after a ERCP along with an ultra sound scope? To: Sent: Tuesday, January 27, 2009 6:17:33 AMSubject: Re: Re:Pain Rehab Clinics Don,Hi! Guest guest
ERCPs/upper endoscopies are not much fun, especially if you wake up in the middle of one (happened to me 3 times)! I’m guessing that’s what happened, and you don’t remember. I’d also suspect you might be fairly strong, and it took some effort to “put you back down”.
