Guest guest
I would wait it out at least a couple weeks before increasing. It is juts not wise or safe to increase too fast. Artistic Grooming Hurricane, West Virginia

Guest guest
if it were me, I'd take 1 full pill in the a/m if 1/2 didn't work. You'll know pretty quick if the full pill is too much. I then base taking an afternoon pill if i feel like I just have to have a nap. I did this with Armour and now naturethroid and it's worked well for me. I'm also self medicating. I've taken too much Armour one time and just backed down to my last dosage that kept the symptoms at bay. A lady that I met who I introduced to armour did this same thing. She was at 3 grains due to the high amt of $inthroid she was on previously, even though I told her to go slow. The 3 grains was closest to what she'd been on and worked well for her. I was quite shocked that she went up as quickly as she did, but didn't have any ill effects from it either. Some of us just need that extra in the a/m, and don't have to take more in the evening. I think once you find what works for you, it'll make this much easier.
