up on a glucose tolerance test. I take heavy duty chromium ( I think

its Sundown Chromium 6). chromium helps keep blood sugar stable.

--- I can take up to 400 mcg per day. I take one 200 mcg dose in the

morning and 1 at lunch. If I have school at night (start back late

Sept) I take a 3rd dose. The particular product I am taking now

recommends 600 mcg per day.

It also keeps my elavil/amitriptyline munchies down to one hunk of

chocolate each morning. :) I only had chocolate for breakfast once

this week!
