Guest guest
Not sure if anyone else has heard of it, but I found a new lotion that helps very quickly (as soon as I put it on). It is not a perfumed lotion, but doesn't smell too bad. Actually we were at our friends on Thanksgiving watching TV and the ad for Sarna came on. My husband looked over at me and said " hey dear maybe that would work for you " The lotion is--Sarna Anti-Itch Lotion. It also states on label that it is steroid free. I was able to buy the original formula at my Walgreen's. And also saw on Walgreens.com that they also have a sensitive skin formula too. I started having itching after my bout of cholangitis in October. My GI put me on choleystramine 2x per day. But in November he rechecked and removed the stent he placed in October, he wanted me to stop it because he is worried about the possible interference with the absorption of the URSO. I actually started itching again, so I myself restarted it but only take it just before I go to bed. And take my URSO at 8am and 6pm so it should not be an issue with its absorption.
