Natural thyroid will only make the TSH lower IF you take enough of

it. And on an optimal dose of Armour--a dose that removes ALL

symptoms of hypo, you will find your TSH suppressed. Mine is right

around .009, for example, on an optimal dose. That is also a dose

that brings my temperature right where it should be.

Check out the FILES section of this site. There is a good article on

TSH.

Many of us take 325 mg. Ferrous Sulfate, which is cheap, and should

be taken with food.
