What is the range you are finding? I am taking 100 mcg per

the 'andrew' protocol. I haven't noticed a big improvement but there

has been no adverse reactions either. I will keep at it for awhile

though because I have had a mouthful of amalgams.

au contraire you are showing signs of having moved off spectrum a

bit...less posting, shorter posts, a more unreactive emotionality...

it actually quite difficult to pick up the improvements if you are

not overtly mercury toxic...

but you look back after a while and see a few things that weren't

there before...

also i think there is an issue with selenium of balancing the forms

and that the selenium doesn't quite covert as readily from the

selenomethionine form to selenocystiene as the literature supposes...

there is the possibilty that some areas fof the states have adequate

selenium in food, but they tend to be dry deserty areas i think...

south dekota is one for sure...

i am sorry the cost of dental work is so expensive in the states, it

is about us$65 a tooth here to remove amlagam and put composite in.

porcelain goes up to about us$250...

..65mcg/lb , maybe a tad more.

andy cutler recommends 1 mcg/lb

i think you can use considerably higher methyselenocystiene...

Oh...I thought that was called 'spending time with your family

during the holidays' - LOL

You are right that it is harder to tell smaller changes yourself. I

have noticed that you are particularly more sensitive to observing

writing style.

Wow. I sure wish it was cheap easy - several hundred dollars each. I

just had two crowns replaced and there was amalgam below. Drat. This

means I don't have just one tooth filling, but several other crowns

put in by the same dentist. So I will just stick with the seleno-

stuff for now. At least if my boys even need any fillings I will

know what not to have put in.
