Oooh, these are the kinds of doctors that you really want to smack too!

I love it when they develop their own pet theories that diverge from a

centrally held theory, make no sense, and allows them to refuse to treat

the patient at all. Excuse me!! There are tons of people who sleep

during the day, they're call night shift workers! Idiot! Too bad we

could maintain a data base of *bad* doctors. Unfortunately, we'd

probably get sued for libel or something if we tried.

Hey Darcy,

I used that one on him. I told him I knew people who worked evening or midnight

shift and they don't have the problems I have. He just sat there behind his desk

with this little grin on his face. I asked him would he advise all of them to

change jobs, he just chuckled.

This guy is also my mom's lung doctor, so I have to see him every few months

with her. First time I was in there with her after that fiasco, he asked how I

was. I told him I was just as terrible as I was the last time I saw him. The

idiot chuckled again!

My shrink, Cardiologist and Endocrinologist were shocked because they both

thought I really needed a sleep study done. But they deferred to him, since he's

the " expert " . *rolling my eyes*

What a horrible doctor and I'm sorry you still have to bump into him

because of your mom. Too bad your doctors weren't willing to go around

his stone walling and do what they think you really need, anyway.
