I take Celebrex and it is like Vioxx. I take Aralen and it is like Plaquenil. It takes months for Aralen and Plaquenil to work. Be patient. I forgot what ITP is. I have been told but I have a horrible memory. Hope you enjoy the Lupie group, we are active and it is hard to keep up with the mail. I am 57 years old and have had lupus since a teen. I now have fibromyalgia, IBS, arthritis, osteoporosis, interstitial cystitis, TMJ dysfunction, cognitive dysfunction, and I don’t know what else. I am on permanent disability. I have been married for 25 years to a very nice man. The only problem is, he is bi-polar and that causes a lot of marital trouble at times. He works hard and I don’t know what I would do with out him. I try to remember that when I want to strangle him.
