I could not separate out what was thyroid, what was adrenal at that point. I mostly got a fast pulse and some pounding, waited it out for at least a week and then decided to decrease first the thyroid, then ended up decreasing the glandular also. I have felt a much more distinct improvement on Cortef than the glandular, most significantly the elimination of most of my pain in my arm and hand, I know it has to be good for me right now. Writing all these posts has helped me think it through, and I am thinking maybe the glandular might be what gives me the pounding. I have still have been taking 2/3s to 1 pill a day with my Cortef, because I thought the glandular is what gave me back my sex drive and I didn't want to let go of that! ( I am blushing!) Probably was the higher thyroid! It is so confusing, though, because at first it seemed like it was so great! , do you think the levels for the 2 1/2 grains look the best? Thank you for your help!
