Hello, my husband has been in the hospital since thursday. He had to

have an absess removed and his crohns is way out of control and his

liver function numbers are high. We have lived in Florida for 5 years

and Tony has refused to see any DR. So here we are now with a Dr

that has no clue about psc and maybe even crohns for that matter.

Every time he comes in to check Tony I ask him questions and he says

let me check with the nurse and he never comes back. Today I waited

at the hospital all day for him and he did not show up. He put him on

lialda two weeks ago and Tony still has diareah. The surgeon told me

he could not believe his GI didn't admitt him to the hospital. The GI

said he could have lansed his absess in the office but wanted him to

be treated for his crohns flair. How I get him a new GI while he is

still in the hospital? Will another Dr take his case while he is

being treated by another Dr. We are so upset and disapointed with his

treatment we don'tknow where to turn next.

While I was looking over Tonys old records I noticed his Dr report

stating he has sclerosing colangitis andnot Primary sclerosing

colangitis. Is there a difference?

Thanks!

, wife of Tony age 38, crohns since 1982, psc 2001
