What I am saying is that when folks find their optimal dose, their free T3 tends to be towards the top of the range, and sometimes over in some folks. Labs are only part of the picture, remember. Symptoms count also, no matter where those labs are. I am not recommending it directly to anyone, but I am saying that there are folks here who have a free T3 over the range, and they have no hyper symptoms. Also, your temperature on a mercury thermometer is telling as to where your metabolism is. And metabolism helps with weight loss. Also, optimizing a low testosterone can play a part. Testostorone builds muscle, and muscles are the main calorie burning parts of your body! And again......even Armour at an optimal dose is not necessarily going to " cause " someone to lose weight. You still have to decrease calories and exercise--I'm sure you know that. What I DO notice since I got up to where I am is that I certainly do not GAIN weight on the same amount of food as I used to. So......when I decide to decrease my calories and to the exercise I need to do, I feel like I'll be able to lose weight unlike any time in my entire adult life...thanks to Armour, and optimizing my others issues.
