It sounds like she never had a child yet. I hope your other sister beats her cancer. Fewer and fewer people die from it. I lived through it, she can too. She would be seven weeks along this week. The doctor told her there is nothing they can do at this point but wait and see, but he did not sound reassuring. If she miscarries, this will be the second miscarriage. At age 40, I don't think she would ever want to try again. It was a miracle that she even got pregnant this time.
