Guest guest
Well I am learning something new. And yet something I should have known. When I started taking supplements that were advised by the Iridologist one of them was POTAS by NSP. A plant source of potassium. But what I thought it did more then anything was help get my bowels in order. But it is like I have said before, you need to get all of the vitamins and minerals in a balance way other wise you end up fragmenting, and that isn't good either. So however you manage to get it you need to have many different vitamins and minerals available for your body. At first you may have to take a lot of supplements, or eat barrels of specific foods, but if you do not fragment you should be able to reduce the amounts drastically and hold them in your body at an optimum level by supplementing and/or eating much less to maintain those levels. A good diuretic is actually parsley tea. It is all a balancing act. Sheila *********** REPLY SEPARATOR *********** >>I also have leg cramps when I am low in Potassium. I take a diuretic and have to take Potassium pills at the same time because that takes the Potassium out of your body when you urinate a lot.<< Peggy what they DON'T tell you is those pills also deplete your sodium levels too.
