Oh Missy LOL that does it - I'm going to have to grow it myself as well. It's

a big trek to get to a grocery store here. I'm excited to hear how easy it is

to grow and that it keeps coming in after you cut it :) I used to day dream

about being a carnation farmer (flowers, not cows) but now I'm dreaming swiss

chard instead. It's so good!
