Guest guest
< > Ok, I think I just sent a blank e-mail. Oops. The key for me was finding a good psychiatrist that has supported me throughout my recovery. Usually when I'm having suicidal thoughts, it's not that I actually want to die, it's more that I'm hurting so bad physically and emotionally that I just want to do whatever it takes to get rid of the pain, even if for a short time. My psychiatrist has been very patient in working with me to find meds to help my anxiety and PTSD symptoms. I'm not in so much emotional pain anymore, so I don't crave the quick fix. I also know that I could go to her at any time and tell her it's all too much and she would help me find an inpatient program where I could go. If you'd like to talk more, feel free to e-mail me off list. - p.s. to everyone - sorry about all those HTML tags in the last e-mail. I hate that! __________________________________________________
