Melatonin: anyone use it? Does it work?

Hi, I'm thinking of starting to take melatonin. Does anyone on the

list take it now or did take it in the past? How did/does it work

for you? Are there any side effects? Should I worry about having a

reaction to it? I am allergic to lots of stuff, including lots of

antibiotics and meds. Thanks for your help. nne
