Don: The " scary " effects of phenobarb are what made me hesitate to get

on it, especially because I was expecting a prescription for Rifampin

or Cholestyramine ON TOP OF the Urso. I also discussed this with my

family doctor (a bright guy). He explained that my prescribed dose of

phenobarb (90mg/day, 60mg/day the first week) is rather low for a 220-

lb guy like me. So that alleviated my fears a little.

I have not experienced any of the negative side effects, and I even

still remember making the YouTube videos :-) But the phenobarb HAS

helped my itching to disappear again.
