The doctor gave me a shot of a steroid at her doctors office. The first

dose of prednisone I took was 60 mg I think (6-10 mg pills). and it was

almost instantly that I noticed the anger. I'm not an angry person, and

rarely take more than one drug at a time...I was being treated for

pneumonia, I was supposed to be admitted to the hospital, but I didn't feel

THAT bad. I compromised with the doc and went home. Of course, I didn't

take any more of the prednisone!

I can't drink milk or ice cream.....my husband recently started having

diarrhea whenever he eats milk or any cheese! I told him that I bet he's

lactose intolerant--he said " I never was before, why would I be lactose

intolerant now " ....I made lasagna, macaroni and cheese and cheesy enchiladas

last week, and he spent the week on the toilet--he has to believe me now,

when I talk about dairy foods and stomach problems.

The cheese thing sort of goes along with the humping statement made last

week doesn't it?

I vent alot, I don't feel other people honestly believe or accept what I

say. I stopped taking the zoloft about 2 weeks ago....I took it for about 6

months (this time). I didn't feel like puting stuff in my body that doesn't

work for me. I honestly only agreed to take it so that I might lose weight,

I didn't. I'm at the top end of the normal weight scale, which is fine for

me, i'll never be naturally thin.

I haven't slept for weeks, and i'm near the point of going to the ER - I

feel totally exhausted, I take an antihistamine and sleep for about 45 min,

or a melatonin, I wonder how long someone can go like this, and what will

happen to me if I don't get sleep soon. My husband makes it sound like i'm

choosing to be awake all night--which is NOT true!
