Hi! I'm glad to have your feedback about adoption, both ways and its

appreciated. The best thing is that this time I get to CHOOSE. Before the

decision was out of my hands and I felt such a loss knowing I wanted more

kids maybe but that was before my hepatitis that led to FM.

Last night I had a Melaleuca demo in my home to just see if I can handle

the business of " working " a few hours and interacting. It was amazing how

many issues people brought up that I could relate to so maybe having this

challenge helped educate me so I could help others. Several of us in my

neighborhood are detoxing our homes at the same time to see if it helps

health problems from my FM, sinuses to her kid's ecezma. Reading that

horrid article in Elle makes me wonder why anyone would relate such

health issues in such a manner. There are so many things a person CAN do

for themself but yet so many unanswered issues still to work on. My

daughter is looking at colleges. I dearly want her to study environmental

science and research what harms our body to make us prone to so many

stange things that years ago were never heard of. I'm going back the

ancient art of using plant oils, shopping in the health food stores and

internet for safer things and WISH companies would be more careful what

they put in as fillers etc. Even poorly made vitamins do not dissolve or

are absorbed so we take expensive things only to flush them. What a waste

when we are trying to help ourselves.

I sent back my Cuddle Ewe, it went hard and lumpy. Love the new waterbed

with latex topper I got seperate, made all the difference. Still using

the borrowed CPAP and finally dreaming again. Going to try this new St

's wort mix with Griffonia as I can't tolerate any of the

prescription anti depressants. Who wouldn't be depressed if nothing

worked? I also got the herbal sleep aide and hope it works better than

the Ambien that seems to make me moody the next day. As long as I take my

NADH I am not foggy plus I push getting enough protein. Try eating just

nuts first or a higher protien for breakfast. Cereal was making me sleepy

in the morning.

and to test having a new baby, we are host family for a month to a French

student plus today the 8 baby ducks came from a friend for us to raise.

My 4 pound poodle decided they are her babies though and chases people

away and herds them, so very cute. She curls up with them in the basket.

I deal with my FM by making fun diversions. People at the party think I

have a wonderful life seeing the crazy things we do, they don't know its

my way of coping. I do things on a good day and hide on a bad one.

focus on your breathing, don't want to be anxious...just kidding.
