Guest guest
hi Cheryl, i want to congratulate you with your swimming. this is so great you do this! although i did exercises myself, before the rehab, i had muscle pains at first. it felt good to me, to know i was caused through the exercising. especially, to know this kind of pain lifts. it's hard to change a pattern and to get used to it. i hope you will give it time. if, it may seem you will not feel any better without lesser sleep, i hope you skip back to your usual sleeping pattern. i think it was here on the list, that i read with lupus, sleep might not be so deeply. it's the same for fibromyalgia. have fun with your swimming. micha. new leaf turning I joined a swimming pool program at the Easter Seal Society. It will cost me but they adjust it to fit your income. I guess we look rich with our income but they don’t take into consideration how much it is to live in this town. I felt wonderful! They keep the temp. about 92 and have well trained people to help you. I am sore today (besides the usual pain). It is the good, exercise kind of sore. I am trying to turn over a new leaf. I set my alarm at 7:30 this morning to do something but shut it off and didn’t get up until 10. So I messed up my new leaf today but I will try again.
