FMS and PMS

Terri and all,

I can definately relate tot he FMS and PMS thing. It makes coping extremely

difficult and I become quite a handful. The raging hormones make my FMS worse,

and then I become quite the bitch with the PMS. Can't relate to the tears,

though, mine all comes out in anger.

I take Prozac and some Chinese Herbs my TCM dr. recommends. I've found that

B-vitamins also help.

I mostly just try to stay away from people I love so I won't rip their heads

off.
