does anyone here have this sympton?

I am new here and just found out I have fm. I would like to know if

anyone else has this sympton, I wake up feeling like I did when I had

food poisening. I can't help but wonder, if there is a toxin in my

body that builds up and when it is where my body can't take any more

than that is when I have one of these episodes.If I try to fight it,

by getting out of bed, showering,etc, I get really sick at my stomach

and start vomiting. usually i just roll over and sleep for hours, and

then i am able to get up out of bed.
