Duncan Crow has been on MANY yahoo groups. He was quite active on the

Healing Crow yahoo group, promoting his products.

Many of those groups

members, including the biochemist moderator, got in very heated discussions

with him regarding the scientific basis for his claims (such as the benefits

of inulin) and had an armory of research articles disputing his claims. Of

the people that had tried his products, no one reported any improvement and

some got worse.

He was finally kicked off the group for promoting his

products too overtly, and he was reported to have badmouthed Healing Crow on

other yahoo groups afterwards.

In contrast, many Healing Crow members (but not all) (and this group is

targeted towards those with intestinal disease) have reported great benefit

from Primal Defense and Fungal Defense.

When you refer to your dowser, is that something like a pendulum on a chain

that swings one way for yes and another for no?

me.

Has it ever led you wrong?

three different times. Then we also rate the strength of the answer on a

scale of 1-10. Also he is very in tune with the earth's energies and can

tell when the rods have flipped and gone into reverse from planetary

interferences. At those tiems we need to stop and resume at a later time.

oir don't even want to answer at all...or the rod flips back and forth, and

then you know that there is something else at play, and you need to rethink

the question, or try and figure what is interfering with it.

I find the yahoo groups in particular to be wonderful places to get links to

new information.

I do. Slightly over half-way down Dom's site

http://users.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html, there's a discussion that's

titled The Microflora of Kefir Grains, which shows a pretty amazing

complexity. If a person was casein intolerant, then they might have no

choice but to do Primal Defense. Some people with ulcerative colitis or

Crohn's disease might have a problem with some of the strains in kefir, like

bifudis, but those people have really messed up guts, and I don't think you

can generalize their experiences.

The quality of the milk also determines how much good kefir does a person.

I think raw goat milk is the best choice. But that's another topic.
