Ok guys, this has gone on far too long. We are now to the point of

people leaving the group because of comments that need to stop

immediately!! All comments on what people are saying need to cease as

of this moment!

Email is hard to read sometimes because you can't read peoples' body

language to judge how they are saying things. It's easy to assume that

someone meant something in a harsher manner than what they actually did

mean it to sound. Please try to assume that the other person has a

smile on their face when you read their comments. There is no one in

this group who has deliberately set out to be mean or spiteful, so try

not to take posts as such. If you see a post that you think is wrong,

PLEASE don't try to handle it yourself, let Missy or myself do it,

that's what we're here for.

In the meantime, all comments on other's wording are to cease

immediately or the offenders can go on moderated mail until they can

prove that they can be supportive instead of offensive. I hate to go to

this point, but I've already asked y'all to be supportive of one

another.
