Hi hon, I will have to go back thru my history to find out where I

obtained this from - I visit several reliable medical sites often so

to try to remember which one off the top of my head is nearly next to

impossible - when I am feeling better I will research it for you -

but I do however need to make sure I take things easy - most likely

this came in an email that one of my doctors sent me - like I said I

will try to research it when time allows.
