DAMN, I'M GOOD

Greetings Fellow LUPIES,

MY PHARMACIST CALLED THIS MORNING , AND THE REST OF MY SOMA IS READY TO BE PICKED UP......MAGGIE FINALLY GOT OFF HER LITTLE 'HISSAY FIT' AND GOT HER JOB DONE......ONLY TEN DAYS AFTER SHE WAS NOTIFIED THAT WAS WHAT SHE NEEDED TO DO.

BUTLITTLE DOES SHE KNOW, THAT SHE IS IN BIIIIIIIG TROUBLE !

I have been on the phone all day today, and have gotten a lot done.....First I now have a new PCP, and a Dermatologist and have appointments with EACH OF THEM set up..... The change will be effective as of September 1st. ...Which is when my appointment with my Dermatosogist.is I am being mailed a new I.D, card with the new PCPs name on it.

.. I called, and told the receptionist at the Clinic that I was dropping Dr. Oman, as my PCP, and demanded that I talk to the Office Manager, well....when she said that I thought.........well here we go again.........then she said would you like to speak to the Assisstant Manager,? so she put right through.....and I told her I was leavin their Clinic , and Why. Then she asked me if I had problems like this with Naggie before,

and so I told her of the time that Dr. Ohman had left me haging when I was between Rheumatologists. and I had to call my Nephrologist to see me through till my appointment, I also told her what Maggie had said to MY Parmacist when all she was doing was trying to save me from the stress of having to deal with Maggie, Plus That was her Job...to get prescriptions filled for their customers.

I told her that I felt as if my health......even my life was in danger if I stayed with them when Maggie could drag her feet and leave me without a Powerful Drug, that could be fatal when stopped "cold turkey" and do it just out of spite . because she was mad enough to call my Pharmacist and tell her that she "DIDN'T LIKE HER ATTITUDE"....but still didn't do her job.

Now get this......She asked me to write a letter entailing all that I had just told her, And she would present it to the EXECUTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS herself, and when I told her that I also wanted her to know that I had already filed a complaint to my insurance Company, and they were sending me a form to fill out , and had also asked me to write a letter explaining what had taken place. She also asked me to put tnat in my letter to the board .,......and tell them what Maggie had said to my Pharmacist.

She said that she could just tell them, But a letter from me would pack more Punch. and be more likely to get their attention, .....Since somethig definatly had to be done......She also asked if I needed my medical records from Dr. Ohman, and she is mailing me a release form for yet another set of Medical records .......I'm gonna have to move out of my apartment to make room for all of them. .

So MY NEW PCP IS RIGHT HERE IN ARLINGTON, AND HE IS A DO. WHICH MAKES ME VERY HAPPY -GLAD !!.......MY NEW DERMATOLOGIST IS ALSO A D.O......BUT HE IS WAYOVER IN BENBROOK, BUT WILL GLADLY DRIVE THAT FAR FOR A D,O. DOCTOR!! IT'S ABOUT A 30 MINUTE DRIVE..

OH yEAH,

I CALLED MY OFFICE MANAGER AND TOLD HER WHAT WAS GOING ON, ANDASKED HER IF I SENT HER TH E EMAILS, IF SHE WOULD PRINT THEM OUT FOR ME,.....AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD BE HAPPY TO , AND SHE WOULD ALSO HAVE ONE OF THE GUYS BRING IT DOWN AND CLIP IT ONTO MY FRONT DOOR .....SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO GET OUT IN THE RAIN .......NOW I'M GONNA GO TAKE A NAP
