Guest guest
So very wise! I have learned to do that too. I realized that when thinking about 'this' and weighing 'that', I thought to myself " but I FEEL fine! " . I go with that to get me through days, and watch the numbers for the big picture. The other day I was worried about the itching, and just reminded myself I am not itching that much, and the next day it was gone. My doc says, even though I have not yet had a liver biopsy, I do not have cirrhosis, so I don't fret it. My numbers are good, so I don't worry about what they " could " be. If I get RUQ pain or tenderness, I rest and drink until I am ready to float away (water of course lol) and it helps. If I FEEL good, I let myself feel good! If you have kids, the peds will always ask the same question- " how is baby acting? " . Fever of 102, snotty nose, but baby is happy and playing, it should be fine. We can follow the same model! ee > > > A long time ago I wrote a note to a very wise man (Dr Aubrey another > group member) telling him I was worried about my son's lab numbers.
