I have a question. I take my Armour subl. between the cheek and

gums. I take 2-120mg a days. I try to take my Armour within an hour

of waking up(7:30-8:00 most days). Then I take my second dose

around 6pm. My problem is with my memory, I forget to take the

second dose fairly often, until late at night. Also my schedule is

so sporatic with my career. Every day is a different schedule and

it can change throughout the day so it is hard to remember.

Any suggestions as to what to do to help? Oh yea, I'm carrying my

pills in my purse so I can take it as soon as I remember.

Also I know it should be taken at about the same time each day. Is

there a window of time that it is safe? I mean, I pretty regular

within about a 2 hour window or so for the evening dose.

Also have you guys seen much difference in your memories? I'm

extremely forgetful most days. It's really affecting my work.

There are things I'm embarrassed to tell I forget. Sometimes, I

can't remember names of people when I'm talking or even a word in a

sentence that no matter how hard I try I just can't come up with.

Then another thing is when I'm talking I may say cat when I meant to

say dog (as an example). The other night, I had just finished

eating with some friends and the server came up and asked if we

wanted desert. I said " no, I'm starved. " I meant to say, " no, I'm

stuffed. " Do you guys have those problems? And more important,is

there hope for me?? My husband says there's no hope! LOL!

Thanks for your help. This is such a warm and wonderful group.
