In at least a couple countries, they practice " presumed consent, " which means that you are automatically presumed to be an organ donor unless you specifically request not to be. We do exactly the opposite. They, of course, have little shortage of organs. Is there an ethical reason why we don't do it this way? People could still " opt out " if they have religous grounds or are paranoid.
