Migrant Outreach Program, (near Philadelphia, PA) is hiring Outreach Workers for a project with migrant farmworkers that combines issues of healthcare, immigration, social work, and international labor. Must speak Spanish or Haitian Creole. Outreach Workers visit MSFWs in labor camps and other farmworker “hotspots” in order to conduct health assessments and spread awareness of the services Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. offers. Outreach Workers provide other services to MSFWs as well, including but not limited to interpretation, transportation, case management, and assistance with medication and diagnostic exams. Some positions are from March/April to October, others from May to August with the possibility of extension$10.50 per hour.
