I have seen it so many times that ideas initially came up here, but then we weren't able to bring the idea to the market and the US boys had to take over. One good example is Zithromax. Japanese and Italian researchers found it to be helpful for pwcf ten years ago. But it wasn't until the CFF sponsored a randomized study that we got clear results.
