Last year about this time was in the hospital and another of our cf friends was also there. That girl had " TB " signs but it wasn't like the TB I knew of. The doctors figured it came from the water. They had her in isolation for the week she was there. They were giving her an antibiotic and then had to give benadryl because of the reddness and itching from the antibiotic. She was on vancomycin. The doctors told us that everyone is exposed to this type of " TB " but only some people have problems from it. Hope this helps.
