Guest guest
My son is a little constipated. We are entering day three and I presume he will go later today, but he has been going every two days or so and his BM are hard. He was sick over the holidays and lost some weight as a result and now he is eating like crazy, but not going to the bathroom. He doesn't seem real uncomfortable , but I can tell after drinking his diluted orange juice, he wants to lay on his stomach. I have been making his bread out of cashew nuts. Could this be a constipating item? He is getting TD-gluatthione which is very helpful to him, but I wonder if that is also conrtibuting to his constipation. What can I give him to help him out? Thanks in advance! Jule mother to Logan age
Guest guest
Jule, Three days into the diet is too soon for cashews. It's really too soon for any nuts. Is it possible for you to start with the intro diet and add new foods slowly? That will yield the best results.
