And Jello comes without sugar as well, for those with CFRD or

independently inherited diabetes---for a non-food, it's a pretty

good way to slam those calories in. My child wcf did not have

and does not yet have cfrd, so I used to make the jellow with

Yogurt to which powedered milk and Peptamin (available in

the us, not certain of spelling) or Instant Breakfast thrown in,

along with nuts, fruit, left-over hard-boiled eggs--you name it--

she loved it, fortunately. The rest of us kind of, well, preferred

the usual kind.
