Guest guest
I had run across a few things like this before. Would not surprise me one bit if it were true. I've had major problems with chronic sinus infections for as long as I can remember. I'd get sick, stay that way for a couple of months even with antibiotics, and eventually get rid of it only to get sick again 2 weeks later. Finally went to see an ENT doc. She took one look in me and told me the tonsils had to go. They went. Have only had a couple of minor colds since then (June). I get my nose operated on Dec. 5th (the night before my hubby's office Xmas party...oops) to straighten my deviated septum and remove some " polypoids " that they aren't sure if they are polyps or just chunks of snot that won't come loose. Triana has a slight sinus infection right now. They've got her on Augmentin. At least she likes how it tastes. That's how we're getting her to take her vitamins right now. " If you take the nasty orange stuff, then you can have the yummy yellow stuff afterward. " (She calls the ADEKs " the nasty " because they apparently taste awful...I can imagine they do, since they smell awful.) She'll tell you " I don't want orange nasty! I want lello! " (lello=yello) Anyhow, she's doing ok otherwise. Therapy sessions are a roll of the dice...never know how they will go. Some are really great, and some aren't. Ah well...she really likes her daddy's bouncy horse. I supposed that does her some good as well. Talk to y'all later. Gotta go run and do therapy...she's in a good mood, hope it lasts!
