I wanted to thank all of you that responded to my creatine dilemma! I made

another trek to the mall and bought myself some GOOD creatine, one without

all the sugar. The guy at GNC (another one) did tell me that creatine does

need some carbohydrates to be metabolized, just not necessarily 75 grams of

it. He suggested using fruit juice to mix it in. I thought that was

interesting, so I figured I would pass it along. Also, anyone have a use for

a giant jug of sugar and creatine??? LOL Once again, thanks!

, Doll, I will live! I had a couple of crackers and they have stayed down

now for 30 min so maybe im free..lol I use the creatine in my smoothie in

case you missed the post I said let it set for a min and blend for at least

60 sec then the creatine does mix and break down in the juice. Although the

smoothies are better if you add everything but! The citricel. I have found

that if you put a small amount of cold water in the cup and the the citricel

in only stir a little and hold the glass to your lips and let that little bit

slide down it is over quickly and does not turn to gel by the time you are

finish. Just my 2 cents...babom

I think I have follow in Flo and le's foot steps, not out of choice,

meaning that soups and yogurt are still my main food supply. I am down to

199, but I feel like it does not count because I tossed everything today and

If I keep something down tomorrow it will go back up soooo. I am not

officially jumping for joy..YET!

Trisha who crawled our of a drug induced sleep, to answer 's continual

cry for help (because she is my littlermate and my Husband likes her and

worries about her and her Mommy).

,

Did you buy the sugar-laden creatine at GNC? You may be able to return

it...our GNC likes satisfied customers, and will take back things that

are not what we expected. I would ask.

5 grams a day. Steve, the chemist, can probably tell you

what that is in milligrams (mg) because I have no clue.

thanks !!! I think there are 1000 miligrams in a gram. So my capsules

are 500 miligrams, so if I need 5 grams, then I need to take 8 capsules a

day??? Right??? Does this sound right to anybody?? Lordy, no wonder I am

so weak, I haven't been getting near enough creatine. Isn't creatine in any

of the food we eat??? I could just kick myself.
