No. Don't forget that Vitamin A is a *fat soluble* vitamin which

means it is one of the ones your body will malabsorb the most, so you

won't get much of it.

No. Don't forget that Vitamin A is a *fat soluble* vitamin which

Lori, you take 50,000 units a day starting one week after surgery. Then

when you start your regular multivitamin, you decrease to only 10,000 a day

and your multivitamin picks up the rest of what you need.

This is assuming you take the multivitamin that he recommends or that it has

A in the same quantity as the one he recommends.
