Guest guest
Tonya, I sent you the contact questionnaire back last Friday. I've sent it again today. Please let me know if you do not get it! ~Amy. _____________________________________________ Amy S. Poe MGB 5/22/2000 *I made it!* 280/261/140 United Healthcare Select Plus POS approved CONTACTS? I was in clinic today and I met the nicest group of people. I don't remember all of the names, but it was like I was waiting to see celebrities or something. I was trying to place faces with names I had seen on the group list. Dr. R is such a very nice man. I consider it a privilege to meet him. I had sent out about 20 contacts entitled CONTACT QUESTIONNAIRE, and I haven't heard anything from any one yet. Please respond as soon as you can if you were one of the recipients. I couldn't get my date yet because I can't schedule my mammogram until June 21, and then I have to wait 15 days for the results. I was kind of disappointed, but after talking with Dr. R, I think I can hold out. I really enjoyed meeting everyone today. It's funny how you can relate to people like you have known them all of your life yet, and you have never met. I felt like I was in the company of good friends. God bless everyone. Guest guest
My MGB was 6-2. If you are still interested I will fill out your questionnaire. Guest guest
One of the things I found most successful to get contacts was to go to the clos.net site under contact patients on the left hand side. I then entitled my subject mgb and individually emailed each person with a simple request and message. I typed no more than 3 lines and asked a few questions. I emailed 30 people and 15 responded. If you are like me, you are living and breathing at your computer. So since you are just waiting around hoping your life will start after the mgb, email a million people. Remember they are thin now and rather than email you back, they are out dancing! lol. Trudy --- Young @...> wrote: > My MGB was 6-2.
