Can't avoid them if we don't know what we are trying to avoid!

By the way, even though Shelby doesn't seem to be too great at the moment i.e.

cough and running nose, all her tests came back clear so hopefully its nothing

too serious

suggested it might just be a persistent cold (fingers crossed).
