is there a specific brand of mustard that is surely scd legal... all the ones I

picked up at the

store today were vague in listing the ingredients... mustard, white vinegar,

spices( pretty

vague) and ... are we just supposed to buy the ground mustard seed in the spice

area or are

the actual premade squeezable mustards ok?

edenfoods.com has an Organic Brown Mustard with the following

ingredients: organic whole mustard seed, organic apple cider vinegar,

water, Eden sea salt.

The taste is strong because it is a brown mustard. They have a yellow

mustard that sounds like it might be legal, but someone would probably

have to contact the company to be sure.

What I am wondering is where is this legal Dijon mustard that some

people use?

Check Whole Foods; I heard there's a legal Dijon there. I've been using a

kosher brand called Gefen, because it's most easily available and has no

ambiguous ingredients. Actually, let me clarify: I only use kosher

products, but this is a small label that only makes kosher products so is

as readily available as French's or Plochmans. Take care, Fay
