Guest guest
I had a full blood workup done last month. The two categories I remember coming back abnormally were my absolute lymphocyte count (which was a little above where it was supposed to be I think), and I had an abnormally low WBC. Actually, my White Blood Cell count was REALLY low.. it wasnt even close to the range it was supposed to be in. I wonder if thats why I get sick alot lately (cuz wbcs fight off infection). I would've been worried, except I came back normal in every other category, so I figured it couldn't be anything serious. I found out certain antibiotics can cause a low white blood cell count if taken for too long. So that might be one thing to watch for in your blood work. Guest guest
I didnt ask him about the WBC thing because he told me, like you said, that its normal for some categories to come back a little funky. I just sorta assumed the Minocycline did it, and since everything else was normal, that meant I was healthy, and had nothin' serious wrong, so no need makin' a fuss (I wanted to save all my fusses for cea-related matters . I'll ask him at my next appointment if that might be why I've been getting sick more often lately.
