Guest guest
LOL... you go girl!!! I know what you mean by your family being in for a shock when you start thinking of yourself! I think that is the main reason that more women are overweight than men. We rarely take the time to take care of ourselves... it is always someone else that gets our time and energy. Time to forget that way of thinking, we certainly deserve a couple of hours a day to take care of what WE need!! Debbie in IL MGB wannabe Future vain person?? Guest guest
Hey Girlfriend, Vain??????Vain?????? what's wrong with being vain??????? I want to be the best I can be. I'm almost 50 years old and I've wasted at least half of my life fighting fat....I want the next 50 years to be the best I've ever looked.....even if it means a body tuck. You know the one....they start at your toes and pull everything up and cut the excess off at the top of your head...ha..ha...ha ...I saw a picture of a 72 year old female body builder and that Granny looked GOOD!!!!!! If she can do it, so can I. I don't see a thing in the world wrong with a little nip and tuck if you need it. Can you tell I'm slipping into a giant ME stage.hee..hee.. My family is in for a rude awakening. Guest guest
I agree with the " nip and tuck " theory!!! I am 55 and have been fat for 25 years so I will probably be all flab when I lose 100 + pounds!! But won't I be cute when I get rid of this extra chin etc etc etc!!!!!
