Guest guest
DEAR ALL JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT IN THE UK EDUCATION SYSTEM THEY HAVE WHAT IS CALLED A RECORD OF NEEDS. THE CHILD IS ASSESSED BEFORE GOING TO SCHOOL OR EVEN AFTER STARTING TO SEE IF THEY WILL BE ABLE TO COPE WITH THE EVERYDAY REGIME OF SCHOOL LIFE EG; STAIRS, CLASS SIZES, SAFETY, AND LOTS OF OTHER POINTS. ONCE THE RECORD OF NEEDS IS OPENED THE SCHOOL HAS THEN TO MEET THE CHILDS NEEDS AND YOU HAVE A MEETING ONCE A YEAR TO SEE IF THEY HAVE BEEN. IF NOT THEY WILL BE TAKEN TO TASK AS TO WHY NOT AND THINGS WILL BE PUT IN PLACE TO DO SO.THIS IN MY OPINION IS A VERY GOOD WAY TO KEEP ON TOP OF SCHOOLS WHO ARE NOT REALLY INTERESTED IN OUR CHILDREN. TAKE CARE GOD BLESS IRIS Mcesana@... wrote:HOORAY! Just think of all the children who are probably eligible for these plans or equivalents in their own countries--and whose parents have never even heard of them--especially in the usa!
